This Data Deletion Policy outlines how users of Impact Weaver services can request the deletion of their data. This policy should be read in conjunction with our main Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions.
At Impact Weaver Pvt. Ltd., we respect your privacy and provide full control over your personal data. This Data Deletion Policy explains how users who log in using social media accounts (Facebook, Google, LinkedIn, etc.) or register directly with Impact Weaver can request deletion of their data from our systems.
This policy applies to all personal data collected through our platforms, including but not limited to Impact Network, Impact Console, Impact MIS, Impact Climatech, and Impact ESG.
Data We Collect
- Basic profile information (name, email, profile picture, etc.) provided by the social media login.
- Contact details, organizational information, and compliance documents (if applicable).
- Activity logs and interactions within the Impact Weaver platform.
Data Retention
We retain your information only as long as necessary to provide our services, comply with legal obligations, or resolve disputes. Once you request deletion, we permanently remove personal data from our systems, except where retention is required by law (e.g., tax, compliance, or regulatory requirements).
How to Request Data Deletion
1. By Email Request (Manual Deletion)
If you are unable to access your account or prefer to make a manual request, you can contact us directly:
- Send an email to: support@impactweaver.com
- Use the subject line: "Request for Data Deletion"
- Include the following details for verification:
- Full name registered on the account
- Email address linked to your Impact Weaver account
- If registered via social login (Google, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.), specify the provider
The Deletion Process
- Verification: We verify your identity through the registered email address before processing your request.
- Processing: Once verified, we permanently delete your personal data from production systems.
- Timeline: Requests are processed within 30 calendar days.
- Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email once deletion is completed.
Data That May Be Retained
Certain data may need to be retained for legal, compliance, or operational reasons:
- Anonymized or aggregated data used for internal analysis and service improvements.
- Records required for financial or legal compliance (e.g., transaction records).
- Data necessary to enforce our Terms & Conditions or protect user safety.
